On September 15, 2026, MSW warmly welcomed a delegation of clients from Uzbekistan at our manufacturing and testing facility. The visit focused on live sorting demonstrations for two distinct applications: snack sorting and corn sorting. The client group included representatives from Uzbekistan's food processing and agricultural sectors, who traveled specifically to witness the performance of our optical sorting machines on their actual materials.
The visit began with a comprehensive factory tour, where the Uzbekistani clients observed the production process of our sorting machines—from frame fabrication and sensor calibration to final assembly and quality testing. Our engineering team explained the core technologies behind each machine, including high-resolution CCD cameras, near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy, and AI-powered recognition algorithms. The clients showed particular interest in how these technologies adapt to different material types and regional product characteristics.
The highlight of the visit was the live sorting test session. For the snack application, the client brought samples of locally produced snacks with varying colors, shapes, and defect types. Our sorting machine successfully separated good products from discolored, burnt, or misshapen pieces at high speed, achieving purity levels that exceeded the client's expectations. The client noted that the machine's ability to handle irregularly shaped snacks while maintaining accuracy was a key requirement for their production line.
The corn sorting demonstration followed, using corn kernels with different moisture levels, fungal damage, and foreign material contamination. Our machine demonstrated precise detection and ejection of defective kernels, achieving sorting accuracy above 99%. The client expressed satisfaction with the machine's throughput capacity and its ability to maintain consistent performance even with varying input material quality—a critical factor for their seasonal corn processing operations.
Throughout the visit, our technical team provided detailed explanations of machine specifications, including processing capacity, detection resolution, air pressure requirements, and maintenance procedures. The clients also discussed customization options for their specific production environment, including voltage requirements, language interfaces, and after-sales support arrangements. By the end of the visit, both parties reached a preliminary agreement on equipment configuration and delivery timelines.
